CYCLING TRAINING CAMPS
The camp puts a focus on some structured drills for those who want to push themselves. Rwanda and Musanze in particular terrains promises plenty of climbing and handling practice on fast descents. It’s suggested that a good level of fitness is required, but rides can be flexible – no one will be left behind.
You’ll stay at ARCC and all rides will be guided. Breakfast/lunch/Dinner is included. A Moto bicycle will follow your rides for Moto pacing, your bike will be maintained by a mechanic in our top bike shop/garage in the region and there is secure storage.There will be a Q+A with our original riders who are local and Olympic champions cyclist as well as a basic bike maintenance class. Sports massage and Yoga will be conducted in the evening after every training session. Bike hire are available for an additional cost.
